Navigating complex logistical challenges while maintaining a high standard of service in high-pressure environments shaped the core philosophy of Final Approach Solutions. With over two decades of frontline customer service experience, Linda brings a perspective most consultants simply cannot offer. She spent 8 years in retail learning how customers think, 2 years in a medical office understanding how patients feel, and 13 years as a flight attendant with a major airline mastering the art of delivering exceptional service under pressure at 30,000 feet.
That breadth of real-world experience is the foundation of every Final Approach Solutions playbook. Linda has stood at the front desk, worked the sales floor, and managed hundreds of difficult situations in the air. She knows what works, what fails, and exactly what your team needs to hear-- because she has lived almost every role they are in. Final Approach Solutions exists to give small businesses the standards, scripts and systems that turn good teams into great ones.
Linda grew up in central Washington State and now resides in the Puget Sound area.
